Pesquisadores do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Epidemiologia da Universidade Federal de Pelotas (PPGE) participam do 21º Congresso Mundial de Epidemiologia (21º WCE), que ocorre de 19 a 22 de agosto, no centro de convenções Sonic City, em Saitama, no Japão, como parte do calendário de atividades científicas da Associação Internacional de Epidemiologia (IEA).
Com o tema Global | Regional | Local Health and Epidemiology in a Changing World, o 21º WCE pretende oportunizar o intercâmbio de informações sobre o desenvolvimento da epidemiologia em todos os campos e fortalecer a relação entre epidemiologistas em nível mundial.
