Professor J. Patrick Vaughan Library
The Professor J. Patrick Vaughan Library is a repository of scientific articles, papers, and reports produced by the researchers of the Centre of Epidemiological Research and by the postgraduates and faculty members of the Postgraduate Program of Epidemiology (PPGE) at Federal University of Pelotas (UFPel).
The virtual collection has all papers and dissertations made by the postgraduates and professors of the PPGE at UFPel.
In the library office located in the PPGE building there are books and journals about public health, epidemiology, and nutrition.
Professor J. Patrick Vaughan has a PhD in Medicine from the University of London and was a professor of epidemiology and public health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
He guided the 1982 Birth Cohort.
